Time Zones

The API uses UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) for all timestamp operations and accepts multiple ISO 8601 formats:

# Standard UTC format with Z suffix
YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.sssZ         # 2023-11-28T14:30:15.123Z

# Timezone offset format
YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.sss±hh:mm    # 2023-11-28T14:30:15.123+01:00

# Date only (interpreted as 00:00:00 UTC)
YYYY-MM-DD                       # 2023-11-28

# Without milliseconds
YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ             # 2023-11-28T14:30:15Z

Local timestamps must be converted to UTC or specify the proper offset before submission. Responses will always contain UTC timestamps that you may need to convert to local time for display purposes.
